Electricians are heroes too- Justin Kingston

Jackson Johnson the Electrician

I learned that electricians are heroes too. I had the chance to interview one and learned a lot about them. Not sure if it is the electrician trade or his personality but he could talk about anything for hours. Jackson Johnson the Electrician owns his own company and used to have buildings in five different states but later settled down to his Utah business and closed down his others because he couldn’t handle it.

I also learned that he did not clean up his own messes and he had to be put in his place by his daughter. His daughter was the only sane person in his family, growing up in magna his family dabbled and fell into gangs and drug trades and he could not stop his children from falling as he was working most of the time and his wife would be the one sharing her cigs and partying with the gangs her children would bring over.

During his life he did very well and received a lot of money from his business. Sadly his lack of budgeting and keeping his receipts his a large box he could not get anyone to do his taxes for him and just fell from there. After his wife had a nervous breakdown and threatened to divorce him he closed all his businesses but his Utah one in an attempt to get his wife back. His wife would not back down and left to Arizona to find a new husband. Jackson Johnson traveled to Arizona on “work stuff’ to spy on his wife. He ended up getting his wife back but still had many marriage problems.

Jackson Johnson fits the hero code because he is willing to help others and has problems saying no. He also sacrificed his business at its peak of its success for more time to show he loved his wife. During his divorce he did not give up on her and saved her from her abusive new husband. I don’t think he is an example since he does not clean up after himself and says yes to everything causing a loss of money and friendships.

I think you can learn that you can be a successful entrepreneur even if you have problems with money or leadership failures. You can also learn that everyone has problems and it is possible to reunite yourself to your lost loved one (unless their dead).

I know that I can be whatever I want and still be successful and wealthy. And know what I need to not do to keep my wife when I grow up.8
